Hinterland Festival announces 2025 programme
The Hinterland Festival of Literature and Arts has announced its programme of events for 2025, which, according to festival director Geraldine Gaughran, aims to bring visitors of all ages on an illuminating journey of debate, discussion, reflection and imagination on the world as it is – and how it might be.

New exhibition marks centenary of Irish postage stamps
Miniature Masterpieces: 100 years of Irish stamps, a joint exhibition between An Post and the National Print Museum that celebrates a century of postage stamps in Ireland, is now open at the National Print Museum. The exhibition was officially opened on 13th December 2023 by Minister of State with responsibility for International and Road Transport and Logistics and Postal Policy, Jack Chambers TD.
