The Hinterland Festival of Literature and Arts has announced its programme for 2026. The festival will take place from 25th – 28th June 2026 in the heritage town of Kells, Co. Meath, bringing together a four-day line-up of author interviews, history talks, live performances, creative workshops and family events.

The IMRAM Irish-language literature festival has announced its programme of events for 2024, which, according to festival director Liam Carson, aims to bring audiences on a voyage of discovery through the rich diversity of modern Irish-language literature. Running from 7th – 16th November 2024 in various venues across Dublin, the eclectic programme fuses Irish poetry and prose with live music, storytelling, and multimedia elements.
